- Market Carwow expects to 'sell' 10,000 cars in a year in Spain
We do not discover gunpowder if we say that China is the largest market in the world, whether it is manufacturing original products or counterfeits of them. Every year, hundreds of thousands of copies are detected, be it of watches, shoes, accessories, telephones ... and, of course, automobiles. Although in this case their export would be impossible for both economic and legal reasons, so they are destined for local consumption by customers who could never aspire to pay what Western cars cost in the country, whether they are imported as (increasingly ), manufactured in the country.
The practice, moreover, is greatly fueled by the laziness of the Chinese authorities, who rarely condemn brands that brazenly replicate cars; and if they do, they take years to pass judgment. The digital platform carwow, dedicated to putting car buyers in contact with dealers, has produced a video in which it analyzes the worst 20 copies made in that country.
