The Polish cup champions Cravovia from Krakow are what awaits Malmö in the first match in the qualifiers for the Europa League.

- It will be a tough match. It's a physical team. We will not get anything for free and we know it will not be easy, says Jon Dahl Tomasson during Wednesday's press conference before the match.

Tomasson would rather have seen the match decided in two meetings, away and at home.

- Two matches are always better. Now it can be mistakes that decide and you can make other tactical dispositions in two matches as well. It is important that we are smart, and do what we are good at, says Tomasson.

But Malmö believes that they are well prepared for the match, as they have studied the team's last eight matches more closely.

- We have a pretty clear picture of who will start. We also saw their league premiere on location in Poland, says Jon Dahl Tomasson.

"We have the pressure on us"

In advance, Malmö are clear favorites.

- We know that we have the pressure on us. Everyone expects us to move on. But it will be a tough match. It is important that we set the pace, create situations and try to control the match from there, says Malmö's team captain Anders Christiansen.

If the match ends in a draw at full time, extra time awaits, and possibly penalties for a team to move on.

- We have trained on penalties all season. But you can always miss anyway, I myself missed three of 18 during my career, says Jon Dahl Tomasson.

The other Swedish team in the Europa League qualifiers is Hammarby, which meets Hungarian Puskas Akademia.
