“Guilherme is subjected to racist insults every time he plays against Spartak, this is at least the fifth case in our memory, and we urge the RFU to take the most stringent measures. Previous sanctions apparently did not help prevent racist insults. Therefore, Spartak needs a strong enough signal to finally stop this. Also, the referees must stop the matches, according to the three-stage protocol of UEFA and FIFA, "- quotes the words from the statement of the organization RIA Novosti.

FARE stressed that insults against Guilherme were clearly heard in the half-empty stadium. The organization expressed a lack of understanding why the matches had never been stopped in such situations.

“For the fifth time from the side of Spartak fans it is no longer just an insult to Guilherme, but the entire RFU and the disciplinary committee,” added FARE.

The FTC RFU punished "Spartak" by closing the fan stand for one match and ordered the club to pay a fine of 300 thousand rubles for the incident with Guilherme.

The match took place on 23 August in Moscow at the Otkrytie Arena stadium. Spartak won a strong-willed victory over Lokomotiv with a score of 2: 1. The red-and-white team scored eight points and moved up to second place in the Russian championship standings. Lokomotiv, with seven points, is on the fourth line.

Earlier it was reported that the officer of the Russian Football Union for Combating Discrimination Alexei Smertin commented on the decision of the FTC to close the Spartak fan stand for the incident with Guilherme.
