Update on the probable composition of PSG: Navas holder, Verratti replacing? Two unknowns weighed on the team aligned by Paris Saint-Germain. The first was whether or not goalkeeper Keylor Navas was established, injured in the victory against Atalanta Bergamo and replaced by Sergio Rico against Leipzig. According to Le Parisien and L'Équipe , the number one will keep the Parisian cages. On the other hand, midfielder Marco Verratti should start the meeting on the bench, not sufficiently recovered from his calf injury contracted in early August. Ander Herrera and Leandro Paredes are expected to start this final.

Update on the probable composition of Bayern Munich: Pavard should be a replacement. On the Bavarian side, the only uncertainties before the meeting concerned the right-back position. The French Benjamin Pavard, returned from injury, should not start and let Joshua Kimmich occupy the right flank of the German eleven. Croatian winger Ivan Perisic would be favored over Frenchman Kingsley Coman. Manuel Neuer, Thomas Müller, Serge Gnabry, Robert Lewandowski… Bayern Munich executives will be on the pitch at kick-off.

Update on the experience: Bayern on familiar ground against the (almost) neophytes of PSG. Sunday evening, in Lisbon, Bayern Munich will play the eleventh final in its history in the Champions League, the last dating back to 2013 (victory against Dortmund). The "Rekordmesiter" has won the Big Ears Cup five times, like FC Barcelona. Conversely, this is the first time that Paris has come so far in the competition. However, several players have already played in the finals, such as Neymar, victorious in 2015 with Barça, or Angel Di Maria, crowned in 2014 with Real Madrid.

Update on the course: first XXL opponent for Paris. In this unprecedented configuration of the "Final 8", Paris Saint-Germain faces a European cador for the first time since group matches. Fallen Borussia Dortmund in the eighth (3-2 in two games), Atalanta Bergamo in the quarters (2-1) and RB Leipzig in the semi-finals (3-0), the capital club did not face as outsiders on the continental scene. Bayern Munich has rubbed shoulders with more famous opponents, such as Chelsea in the eighth (7-1 in two games), Barcelona in the quarters (8-2) and Lyon in the semi-finals (3-0).
