A member of the Board of Directors of the Football Company in Al-Nasr, Abdel-Rahman Mohamed, confirmed that the club's policy in the future will depend on emerging players in the youth and youth sector, to support the first team without relying on buying players from outside the club.

Abdul Rahman Muhammad said to Emirates Today: “We have to admit that the players offered in the contracting market are not at the level of the Al-Nasr club’s ambitions, while the prices of distinguished players have become greatly exaggerated, so we decided in the football company to reduce the financial burdens that are spent on Summer contracts, and to rely on the club’s children within two years at most.

He added, "We went to loan players who have good levels, to give them experience playing in the Arab Gulf League, instead of keeping them on the bench without participating in matches. We will follow up on their bids permanently, and we will return to the club everyone who proves their worth after the end of the new season."

He added, "Victory began in the current summer transfers by adopting a new policy in contracting, which depends on attracting the team’s needs only without bringing in many names, as was the case in previous seasons," pointing out that the new contracts were made according to the technical vision of the Croatian coach Kronslav. In a big way, the homogeneity of the team, and its support with some elements that need to strengthen some centers, so we contracted with Sebastian Tigali, a substitute for the Spanish Negredo, and a wing player, Ryan Mendes, and defender Abdel Rahman Youssef, and an agreement is currently underway with the fourth foreigner, to close the summer transfers.
