Barcelona club president shocks a number of stars and puts them on the departure list

The Spanish newspaper "Marca" today revealed the list of players that Barcelona’s management decided to get rid of this summer, following the resounding 8-2 loss of Bayern Munich in the Champions League, and as part of a series of measures taken by the Board of Directors to rebuild the team, after Historical defeat. On top of it was the sacking of coach Setien, the sporting director Eric Abidal, and the contract for two seasons with Dutch coach Ronaldo Koeman.

It was a shocking surprise for a number of the club's stars, who put their name on the list of players that the club president Joseph Bartomeu agreed to get rid of, namely: Sergio Roberto, Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets, Samuel Umtiti and Ivan Rakic.

With this decision, the newspaper said, the club will enter into difficult and difficult negotiations with these players, especially since some of them still have valid contracts and receive huge wages, including Suarez, Pique, Alba and Busquets.

On the other hand, Bartomeu was ranked in the list of players continuing with the club, led by Argentine Lionel Messi, German goalkeeper Ter Stegen, French Griezmann and Dembele, Dutchman Frankie de Young, Anso Fati and Nelson Simedo.
