The general supervisor of the ball at the former Baniyas Club, sports analyst Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadi, stressed the necessity of starting the football season at the time specified before, without responding to the wishes of any club to postpone, whatever the reasons and justifications.

He continued: “The health situation due to the (Corona) pandemic has come under control, and there are good precautionary measures that have been taken in order to return to sports activity, and any justifications for postponing the league will not be acceptable, especially with regard to not holding friendly matches sufficiently before the start of the league, simply Severe, the English, Spanish and Italian League returned to resume their activities without preparatory matches, because there are professional mentalities that dealt with the pandemic with double action.
The director of the football team at Ajman Club, Muhammad Hussain, supported the launch of the new season on the date scheduled for the third of September, saying that "this step is in the interest of all teams in general, especially for the four clubs that complete the AFC Champions League."
