Norwegian star Ada Hegerberg looks to be able to make a comeback for her Lyon in the playoffs in the Champions League in Spain. Hegerberg, who was named the world's best football player in 2018, was seriously injured in January when she tore her cruciate ligament. In mid-July, however, she was back when Lyon had a training camp in Poland and now she is enrolled in the team's CL squad.
Hegerberg is the best goal scorer in Champions League history with 53 hits and scored a hat-trick in last year's final when Lyon beat Barcelona 4-1 and took the fourth straight title.
Lyon meet Hanna Glas and Amanda Ilestedt's Bayern Munich in the quarterfinals on Saturday in Bilbao and the final will be played on August 30 in San Sebastian.
