Citizen coach Mohamed Jalbout is going through a new experience in training work after assuming the technical leadership of the Al Arabi team, as he looks forward to applying the technical benefits that he gained from working as an assistant to a number of foreign coaches in the Al-Ahly youth club, such as the Czech Ivan Hasek, the Romanian Olario Cosmen and the Spanish Kiki Flores.

Jalboot confirmed to "Emirates Today" that he faces an important challenge through which he looks to confirm his worth and the ability of his fellow citizens coaches to achieve their aspirations, stressing that the decision of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, to appoint an assistant coach for the first team in Dubai clubs, Giving the national trainer distinct opportunities to benefit from the expertise of foreign trainers. He pointed out that he personally benefited greatly from this decision, and is looking forward to investing it at the present time with the Al Arabi team, noting that the citizen coach is afraid of quick dismissal and is looking for stability.
