A Russian quadruple smashing his knees while lifting 400 kg

Russian weightlifter, Alexander Sidikh, broke his knees while trying to lift 400 kg, during his participation in the World Weightlifting Federation (WRPF) European Championship, as an injury prevented him from winning the championship. Despite Siddikh's successful start in lifting 400 kg, he soon lost his strength when going down, under the influence of great weight, to fall to the ground with a sprain in both feet, and his knees were fractured, which necessitated his rapid transfer to the hospital and undergo surgery.

Sidikh reassured his fans and his fans, by posting through his personal account on "Instagram" a picture of his wife and friends after leaving the successful surgery he underwent.
