After the derby loss against Hammarby last time, and before the Champions League qualifier against Hungarian Ferencvaros next week, there were probably many Djurgårdans who wanted the team to quickly return to the winning track, when they received newcomer Mjällby tonight.

But it looked tough. Mjällby's top scorer Moses Ogbu gave the visitors the lead just under half an hour into the match, after a quick counterattack.

But in the second half, Djurgården came back - via two nods.

The first came six minutes into the second half. Emmanuel Banda hit a well-balanced post that Emir Kujovic nodded in safely.

Hörnmål

13 minutes later it was time again. Aslak Witry struck a corner kick from Jonathan Augustinsson at the first post and nodded.

The turn was well deserved and the match stood out. However, Mjällby was not harmless, but had some chances. Among other things, Jesper Löfgren had a nod in the crossbar.
