Hyundai Motor Spain, on its way to selling 'online', has launched the Online Store, its own vehicle sales channel online. And it has done so because "the coronavirus crisis is accelerating all digital processes, both from the customer's point of view, and in the processes of companies that want to give customers the greatest facilities to get closer to their products" , says Hyundai Motor Spain through a statement.

This first step taken by Hyundai is the advance that allows managing opportunities with the customer who is interested in this process 'online'. The entrance to this process will be through the Hyundai website where this Online Store space is hosted.

To launch this project, Hyundai has partnered with the technology company Trive, a leader in the sale of cars online, which aims to add value to the sale by facilitating the process for the customer, always hand in hand with the Hyundai dealer network.

These are the main characteristics of the management that can be carried out through the Hyundai Online Store platform:

  • Live Video: the customer can connect via live video and show him the details of the model he is interested in.
  • Financing Calculator: the client can calculate the different installments to pay.
  • Inside the ONLINE STORE, the cars appear with the campaigns available to the customer.
  • The customer is warned at all times that the ONLINE STORE prices are approximate and that the dealer will close the offer to the customer.
  • The stock uploaded to the platform is a selection of actual HMES stock available for delivery within 15 business days.
  • The possibility of delivering the cars to the customer's home is announced.
  • The platform allows the reservation of the chosen car for 24 hours with the simple introduction of the customer's data and at no cost.
  • When entering the data, the team of specialists that manages the platform will contact the client to confirm the reservation, modify the financing if necessary, until the offer that the client wants is made, collecting all possible data to pass on to the dealer the opportunity in as much detail as possible.
