Women's Golf USA Tour 1st Round Kawamoto started in 16th place 11:18 on August 7th

The first round of the women's golf tournament in the US tour was held in Ohio on the 6th, and Kawamoto Yui started 16th, four strokes away from the top.

Kawamoto, a 21-year-old who is challenging the US tour from this season, performed well with his best 4th place in the previous week's tournament that resumed from the interruption due to the new coronavirus.

On the 6th, the first round was held in Ohio, and Kawamoto took three birdies and went under 3 under to start in 16th place with 4 strokes.

Kawamoto said, "We were able to take advantage of the few chances and have a solid golf that picks up the par even if we make a mistake. It grows."

In the other Japanese races, Tokkyo Nomura was 2nd with 2 birdies and 1 bogey with 1 under, 42nd, and Suzu Yamaguchi with 2 birdies and 4 bogies was 2nd over 104th.

United States Daniel Kang, who won last week's tournament, and New Zealand's Lydia Co are 7 under.
