Jamina Roberts is a new mother. When she makes a comeback on the handball court, it will be in Sävehof's jersey. The handball national team's left wing has signed a contract over two seasons with Partilleklubben, reports Göteborgs-Posten.

- She is a profile off the field and on the field it is one of Sweden's best handball players. She grew up in the club and it is a dream signing for us. Of course, says Sävehof's club director Stefan Albrechtson to the newspaper.

Has made 164 A-national matches

30-year-old Roberts has made 164 A-international appearances for Sweden and most recently played for Danish Randers.

Now she is ready for her third stay in Sävehof, where her partner Emil Berggren is sports director.

- Emil has not been involved in this negotiation at all. It has been me and "Abbe" who took care of it. Or yes, there has not been much to negotiate. We know where we have each other and what it has looked like before. Just be driving something similar, says Roberts to Göteborgs-Posten.

The couple had a daughter, Lou, on Monday.

- I will not stress even if I am impatient with myself. I do not want to come back and run around and look like I've never played before. I want to be on a sensible level before I show up again, says Roberts.
