The third and final round on the tough course with fast greens offered mixed results for the Swede, with three bogeys and three birdies. In total for the weekend, there were three strokes over par, which was enough for a split twentieth place.

The winner was the American Danielle Kang in a total of seven under par, one stroke ahead of the Frenchwoman Céline Boutier.

- You have to respect the golf course, and that was what I tried to do. Not even the small putts I took for granted, says Kang after the victory, according to Reuters.

Other Swedes on the move on Sunday were Anna Nordqvist, who finished +5 in a split place 40, and Linnéa Johansson, in a split place 67 with her nine strokes over par.

Neither Pernilla Lindberg, Louise Ridderström or Linnea Ström managed the cut and thus were not allowed to play on Sunday.
