It sounds like an ultimatum. Mohamed Ayachi Ajroudi and his partners present this Wednesday "a final firm offer, valid for ten working days", to buy OM from the American Frank McCourt.

They propose to buy back OM at "the acquisition price, by taking over all the debts and expenses relating to the operation of the club, duly justified, that they have incurred since its acquisition", according to a press release from lawyer Marc Deschenaux.

Takeover of # OM, continued. In a press release from the lawyer Mr. Deschenaux, "Mr. Mohamed Ayachi AJROUDI and his partners resolutely reaffirm their will and their ability to acquire OM", referring to an offer, "their last firm offer, valid for 10 working days". pic.twitter.com/GVRepHs7tE
