Champions League

Liverpool and Manchester City are already ready, but for the last two CL places there are several possible scenarios. Manchester United and Chelsea have the grip on each with 63 recorded points each. Leicester City are one point behind and in the final round a thriller awaits against United.

Chelsea, in turn, face Wolverhampton Wanderers and would, in the event of a loss - and Leicester win - fall to the Europa League place, as they have a worse goal difference than other teams.

Europa League

Leicester is in practice ready for the European Games and the only question is whether it will be in the Champions League or the Europa League. Wolverhampton are in the qualifiers for the Europa League with 59 recorded points, one more than chasing Tottenham. The London team, which has a marginally better goal difference, will face Crystal Palace in the final round in the hope of stepping past.

Ground Combat

Norwich have already been checked out and will return to the Championship next season. Other relegation places are held by Bournemouth and Watford at 31 and 34 points respectively. Aston Villa also have 34 points, but balance on the right side of the relegation line with the help of a better goal difference. It is a tough final round that awaits the bottom team. Bournemouth visit Everton while Watford face Arsenal. West Ham are waiting for Aston Villa.
