The head of the professional committee and the first team of Dibba Al-Hisn Club, Mohammed Saif Al-Dhahoury, revealed that the foreign players who will be contracted by the club to represent the team in the next season of the first division have not played in UAE stadiums, according to the directions of the club’s board of directors headed by Ibrahim Al Darmaki.

Al-Dhahoury told «Emirates Today»: “We have no intention of contracting with foreign professionals who have played during the past seasons in our league, but rather to recruit other players who will play for the first time in our stadiums, and this approach has been approved by Portuguese coach Antonio Roy.” He continued: «The technical committee chose a number of players, most of them from Brazil and Argentina, and yesterday was meeting with the coach and providing him with information and videos to study it to contract with whom he deems able to represent the team.
