The Emirates Cycling Team started its preparatory camp in the Italian city of Sestriere for two weeks, in preparation for participating in the French International Tour in August.
The team's executive director, Mauro Genati, said in a press statement that he had attended the Slovenian training, Tadi Bogchar, the Italians Diego Ulisse and Fabio Aru.
They were joined by coach Marco Marzano, who supervises the technical preparation plan on a daily basis and follows the riders on the road, and pointed out that this participation is the third for the Emirates team in the largest global circulation, which is the most famous, and the Emirates team has won in three stages during its previous participation.
He added: «The last stage in the Champs-Elysées was the most famous in 2018, after the victory of the Emirates Norwegian team, Alexandre Christoph, at the final speed, and there are great aspirations for this season that the team appear as required.»
