Kalmar FF has had a tough start to the Allsvenskan and had six straight losses before the match against Sirius. And it looked to be a seventh after Sirius' successful acquisition Yukiya Sugita made it 1-0 for Sirius in the 49th minute.

Sirius also had a position for 2-0, among other things after a shot by the aforementioned Sugita. But Kalmar regained courage and grew into the match. Especially through his heavy play on fixed situations.

And finally came the dividend. After a short tussle with the defender, Sviri Ingelsson finally tucked the ball home.

His first goal in the Allsvenskan since 2017.

- Always fun to score goals and incredibly important that we scored points, and that we could get off track with losses, says Svante Ingelsson to Dplay after the match.

Kalmar also had a great opportunity to make it 2-1 in stoppage time, but Sirius defender Karl Larson was able to nod away the ball on the goal line.

Sirius player Axel Björnström was not as happy with 1-1.

- It feels like we lose two points today. With the lead we have, we will close down the match. We also had opportunities for that, but then we got off and they got a lot of throw-ins and corners on us, and there they are good, says Axel Björnström to Dplay.
