Gothenburg got off to a great start at home against Djurgården. In the second minute of play, Julia Roddar nodded in 1-0 to the home team.

Gothenburg continued to create opportunities in the first half. At half time, it was 14-0 in shots.

Djurgården played in the second half. Hannah Wilkinson, who joined Djurgården in June, got a good position after less than an hour of play. She got time in the penalty area and tried to place the ball with an outside, but Gothenburg goalkeeper Jennifer Falk saved.

Instead of a draw there, Gothenburg took the lead a few minutes later.

Djurgården's goalkeeper Kathrine Östergaard Larsen made a mistake in the post and missed the ball. Rowing got the ball and was cool when she rolled in 2-0.

The result means that Gothenburg tops the damallsvenskan. The club has 13 points, as many as Linköping.
