The first team of Dibba Al-Hisn Club will launch its training this evening in preparation for the competitions for the next season of the First Division 2020-2021 under the leadership of Portuguese coach Roy Antonio, after the team completed the health procedures related to the return of sports activity.
Coach Roy previously led the Sharjah reserve and the Saudi Red Crescent to achieve distinguished successes, and he worked as his assistant to his Portuguese citizen Kagoda.
For his part, the head of the Professionalism Committee and the first team of Dibba Al-Hisn, Mohammed Al-Dhahoury, confirmed that two plans were adopted to establish closed training camps, one of which is outside the country if conditions arise while the team will be satisfied with an internal camp in case travel conditions are not possible, explaining in a press conference held the day before yesterday: « A number of national players have been contracted in the vacant positions in the team, and we are looking at contracting with foreign professionals, which is expected to be resolved by the technical committee in the coming days, indicating that the names offered have good technical capabilities, but the administration is looking to choose the best.
