Now the second generation Wålemark has presented itself in the Allsvenskan.

Dad Jens played in the highest series for Gais and Örgryte. Uncle Jörgen was an Allsvenskan player for Elfsborg and the mother club Ljungskile.

But 18-year-old Patrik's first appearance in an Allsvenskan starting eleven is hard to surpass.

After scoring in three matches, Häcken coach Andreas Alm thought that the teenager from Qviding was mature. Patrik Wålemark was handed the Ahmed Yasin captain's armband.

dream Shot

He immediately showed that he was hungry rather than nervous. Patrik Wålemark dribbled shyly, vigorously and successfully with his left foot.

And for 20 almost unreal minutes at the end of the first half and the beginning of the second, Wålemark had a show and was behind four goals.

After a tough, intense and poor chance in the first half, a Wålemarke explosion came in the final minutes before the break.

In the 43rd minute, the 18-year-old dribbled just outside Elfsborg's penalty area and was sent off. He hit the free kick himself - hard, screwed and precise. Substitute Norwegian goalkeeper Mathias Lönne Dyngeland stood still while the ball turned into his right cross.

- A very good hit. I got it exactly where I wanted it, there were no problems. And I felt pretty safe when we got the free kick. I arrived quickly and pushed it in, says Patrik Wålemark to Dplay.

great Victory

In the fourth extra minute, Wålemark caressed a right corner from the right. Gustav Berggren nodded in 2-0.

After a break, Patrik Wålemark continued production. He fired a well-placed ground shot that Dyngeland was forced to return. Countryman Alexander Söderlund was alert and sent in 3-0 in the 50th minute.

And in the 56th it was time again. Wålemark pulled into the penalty area, rocking and dribbling, and was fouled by Simon Strand. Daleho Irandust played in the penalty kick for 4-0.

Then Patrik Wålemark had cramps in his legs. But he had done enough.

After an hour, he walked by Bravida Arena's artificial turf after a remarkable first start match in the Allsvenskan.

- Of course it is harder than playing in division 2, says Wålemark to Dplay, smiles and continues:

- But it felt good!

Nobody wanted to say no.

Elfsborg suffered its first loss in this year's Allsvenskan. In the end, it was 6-0. The visitors started well, but goalkeeper Tim Rönning was forced to make an early substitution after having problems with his vision.

And in front of 18-year-old Patrik Wålemark's trolling left foot, Elfsborg collapsed.
