Mr. Okajima, 62, who has also been selected as the Japan national team, has been the secretary general of the Japan Women's Soccer Federation after retiring from his active career. I have also held important positions.
Following an appointment as the first representative director of the "WE League", I interviewed online on the 13th and said, "I want the girls to see the players playing at the venue. In order to get them, I want to create an attraction that is fun not only in soccer but also in the venue."
He added, "In order to maintain long-term sustainability, we need a partner company that shares the philosophy of the league. I would like to utilize my experience of working at a financial institution for 38 years to create a solid cooperation structure."
Also, the name of the representative director is to be a "chair" with no gender distinction.
