In the season's last home game, Chelsea came to visit Bramall Lane. The newcomer Sheffield United stands for a very nice season in the Premier League and another gold star was picked against Frank Lampard's men.

The goalie in the game started when David McGoldrick dotted 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. McGoldrick would later become a two-goal shooter before the game was over when he set the final score to 3-0.

This was a pale effort by Chelsea who, despite the great takeover when it came to ball possession, had a hard time getting to goal chances.

"Shows how good we can be"

With the victory, Sheffield United finished in sixth place in the table. Chelsea remain third at 60 points but now with a match less played than Leicester (59) and Manchester United (58) chasing the most behind in the Champions League places.

Two-goal shooter McGoldrick to Sky Sports:

After the lockdown, the first couple of games we weren't on the front foot and our usual selves. But since Arsenal in the FA Cup we have been on the front foot. 35 games in and the table doesn't lie. That was us at our best today.

- The first games after this lockdown we were not ourselves. But since we met Arsenal in the FA Cup, we have played better again. The 35 matches we have now played in the league do not lie, today we showed how good we can be.
