In 2008, He Yiyi experienced a "roller coaster" type of joy and sorrow, and his life changed the track accordingly.

At that time, He Yiyi had become a player of Shenzhen Xiangxue Shangqingyin Football Club (now Shenzhen Jiazhaoye) echelon with his football talent.
During a training session, he was spotted by a French scout and invited him to France for a 10-year study abroad. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity made He Yiyi unable to sleep in excitement. He felt at the time that "the dream finally came into reality."
But I never expected that what was waiting for him was a fool of fate.

He Yiyi played a game at his alma mater when he returned home to apply for a passport. During the collision, he was taken to the hospital with an injured left leg. The final diagnosis was desperate. His left leg had a malignant osteosarcoma.
Twelve chemotherapy failed to save He Yiyi's left leg, which was worse than he thought. The doctor told He Yiyi's parents that if they did not amputate, they might be in danger of life.
In front of life, any dream seems insignificant. "Amputation means that the football dream may be broken, but as long as you live, you still have the opportunity to chase the dream," He Yiyi said.

That operation almost made He Yiyi lose his entire left leg, but at a young age he did not shed a tear: "It was a decision I made myself at that time, then cut it off, just cut it off." During the treatment of Mo Ren, He Yiyi said: "Every night I have a painful night's sleep."
A few months later, as the wound gradually healed, He Yiyi began rehabilitation training. He runs with artificial limbs, climbs stairs, and builds strength and flexibility. Of course, the most important thing is that he still dreams of returning to Luyinchang.
So, He Yiyi leaned on a cane and tried to kick the ball on one leg. During one training session, he fell to the ground on the left side of the body, causing the wound to rupture. He Yiyi had to go to the hospital for a second operation. Soon after, the wound became inflamed, and he underwent the third amputation operation.

He Yiyi continued to grow in the blows again and again. He is like the old fisherman in Hemingway's novels, and every victory will pay a heavy price. But it is gratifying that He Yiyi did not experience an irreparable failure like an old fisherman. After using 46 crutches, He Yiyi can finally use the crutches to play football with normal people.
With his excellent athletic ability, He Yiyi was also favored by the Guangdong Paralympic Team. The movement made He Yiyi feel the meaning of life again.

But on the football field, there are still many people who refuse to compete with him.
