Kinnarps Arena is usually the home ground for HV71 in SHL. But on January 4 next year, it will instead be offered high-quality handball in the arena, with room for 7,000 spectators, when Skuru IK receives H65 Höör.

- It will be great fun to play a league match for so many children and young people and in such a large arena, says Skurus Ulrika Olsson, who last season was named SHE's most valuable player in a press release.

"Audience record for a women's league match"

A collaboration with several players, including Hallbybollen and Småland-Blekinge Handball Association, has made the match possible and one hopes for a large audience.

- We expect, if circumstances will allow it, to set the audience record for a league match on the women's side in Sweden. It will be a highlight for the players as well as for the youth at the stand, a celebration and manifestation for SHE and Swedish women's handball, says Peter Gentzel, CEO of Svensk Elithandboll AB, in the press release.
