City opposition baseball held at Tokyo Dome from November 22 July 19:38

The Japan Baseball Federation, which oversees adult baseball, has announced that it will hold a city-to-city baseball event at the Tokyo Dome for a period of 12 days from late November.

City-opposition baseball is held every summer, but since the Tokyo Olympics were scheduled to be held this year, it was supposed to be held in the fall, in a form to replace the timing of the Japanese championship in Kansai.

The Japan Baseball Federation and others have announced on the 2nd that 12 teams will participate in the 12 days starting from November 22nd at Tokyo Dome with 32 teams participating in the qualifying rounds in the city against Koshino City.

The first qualifying will start on the 4th in three prefectures, but will be held without the spectators until the 9th of this month, and after the 10th of this month, as a general rule, the spectators will be included in the match.

On the other hand, the Japanese series of professional baseball is scheduled to start on November 21, but it means that even if the headquarters of the Tokyo Dome giant has advanced, the Tokyo Dome can be used.

In addition, as the Tokyo Olympics have been postponed for one year, we plan to hold the Japan Championship in the summer and the city baseball competition in the fall as we did next year.
