OM lawyers are sure of their shot. According to them, Pape Gueye is free to commit to Marseille. L'Equipe and La Provence announce that the midfielder trained in Le Havre spent his medical visit on Tuesday at La Commanderie. He is expected to sign a four-year contract with OM on Wednesday.

Pope Gueye signed an agreement with the English club Watford last April. But he gave up after noting that the document, drawn up by his former agent, did not correspond to the commitments made by the English leaders. Watford could take legal action against OM.
