Which team wins the SM and why?

Frida Östberg: - Rosengård. Although the thin squad will be heavily burdened by the game schedule and extremely vulnerable to injuries, it is a team that has maintained the continuity of the squad and brings with it a winning feeling from 2019. Coach Jonas Eidevall is experienced and tactically skilled at using his players correctly, something that will be central in this mode that prevails because of the corona. It is a team with decisive skills in all positions, offensive and defensive, where the experienced Caroline Seger is the obvious conductor central. I am a little extra curious about how Hanna Bennison will manage expectations from last year's success. It will also be interesting to see what a pre-season at Rosengård does for players like Anna Anvegård and Mimmi Larsson - players who can absolutely decide matches for their team but have development potential in their physics.

Daniel Nannskog: - I think Rosengård takes home the gold again. They have retained the frame from last year's gold team. Individually fine players in both the defensive and the offensive. In the defensive work, I think Caroline Seger and Malin Levenstad stand out. Offensively, you have Anna Anvegård who came in the middle of last season and I think she will grow out properly with a preseason with the rest of the team in her body. Sanne Troelsgaard as usual a big threat ahead. One player that I think will shine well this year is Jelena Cankovic who with her nice left foot will stand for many nice assists. Exciting, of course, to see the further development of super talent Hanna Bennison. No, Rosengård takes home the gold for Malme!

Markus Johannesson: - FC Rosengård . I have a hard time seeing FCR not winning again. The new shooting star Bennison will take further steps. Firma Cankovic and Anvegård will deliver points together with goalie Mimmi Larsson. Injuries and player losses can always make up for it but logically they should win.

Who is leaving and why?

Östberg: - Umeå and Uppsala . Umeå will be hit by the tough game schedule versus the trips. They have an untrained squad that will take on an intense game schedule with some time for recovery and preparatory training. Although Lisa Dahlqvist has arrived at the squad, I feel that the team lacks the routine and weight to secure a new contract. Uppsala I feel like Umeå has too little experience in the squad and weighs too easily in the physical game. There are players with good excellence but it is enough for a new contract - I don't think so.

Nannskog: - Umeå and Växjö . The newcomer Umeå has not filled enough established players. Sure, Lisa Dahlqvist has been picked in, but I would have liked to have seen more of that caliber taken. Växjö lost Anvegård and Cankovic in the middle of last season, the two players left a big void behind and they have not succeeded in replacing those players.

Johannesson: Uppsala and Växjö . Uppsala feels thin, despite the acquisition of Emma Holmgren, which I thought was really good in Linköping in 2019. Great responsibility on young Cassandra Korhonen to give the team a second chance to continue their goal shooting that she had last year. Växjö I think I must suffer from having to build new after Anvegård and Cankovic. Teams that lose such leading players usually manage for a while with the collective self-confidence gained with the help of star players. After a while, you are still allowed to "pay" for the loss retroactively when other players try to fill the gap. I think that time is coming now.

Which player creates the most headlines and why?

Östberg: - Jelena Cankovic in Rosengård. She is for me the league's best player and will be a leader for the team's offensive.

Nannskog: - Stina Blackstenius . I think Stina will fit perfectly in Gothenburg's way of playing, will be properly fed with balls in depth and goals will roll in and we in the media will have every reason to talk about Blackstenius.

Johannesson: - Anna Anvegård will set goals for Rosengård if she can be injury-free. If she continues last year's development, she will take over as a clear one in the Swedish national team going forward.

What will be the biggest snack ice cream of the entire season, and why?

Östberg: - Corona and the effects on the economy. Otherwise, the intensive game schedule and question marks about the consequences of a geographically adapted game schedule, players' recovery and the effects that the team will have difficulty getting training other than "the day before the match".

Nannskog: - Unfortunately, I think it is the same as for the men, that there will be talk about the corona during the season.

Johannesson: - In general, I hope we can talk about football and what a great atmosphere we have in the Swedish arenas. Realistically, it will take some time, but I hope…. I hope for new fix stars and their breakthroughs that are ready to take over the limelight after a golden generation (which will hang for a while).
