Sweden was qualified after defeating Chile by March 1-3. The same 18 teams that were ready for games in this year's tournament will be allowed to play next year.
Since the turn of the year, former star player Robin Söderling has been Sweden's DC captain. His first choice in the squad has so far been the brothers Mikael and Elias Ymer in singles and doubles Robert Lindstedt and Markus Eriksson.
