Liverpool has been chasing for 30 years. But this time, it's good! The Reds officially became Premier league champions this Thursday evening, thanks to the defeat of Manchester City at Chelsea (2-1).
There was almost nothing missing in Liverpool to become champion of England for the first time since 1990, but staff, players and supporters believed for a time never to touch down because of the Covid-19 pandemic and the interruption of the championship.
The title was finally obtained, in a way, by proxy this Thursday evening, but that does not detract from the merits of the Reds who flew over the Premier laegue, holding his dolphin Manchester City to twenty points.
