Soccer Nagoya Grampus Cancellation of contract with former Brazilian national team Joe 17:22 on June 21

Soccer J1 Nagoya Grampus has announced that it has canceled the contract with Joe, who was the former Brazilian national team forward and who won the top scorer of J1 in 2018.

Joe is 33 years old.
A former Brazilian national team forward, he also participated in the 2014 World Cup held in his home country.
After joining Ototoshi Grampus and scoring 24 goals in 33 J1 league games, he became the top scorer, but last season he had only 6 goals in 32 games due to injury.

Joe signed a contract for the season this January, but then decided to seek a transfer and move to Brazil's mighty Colin Chance.

Under these circumstances, Grampus announced on the 21st that it has terminated the contract with Joe for justifiable reasons.

According to Grampus, there was a disagreement with Joe on the contract negotiations, so he left it to FIFA = International Football Federation for dispute resolution.
