The date of the match of the 23rd round of the Russian football championship between Krasnodar and Dynamo was changed due to the situation in the metropolitan team. This was reported in the press service of the bulls. Initially, the meeting was supposed to take place on June 21 at 20:00, but due to the outbreak of coronavirus, the Moscow team was isolated at the base and lost the opportunity to release the main team on the field. The hosts went forward and agreed to postpone the game to a later date.

“Dear fans! Until recently, we hoped that Dynamo would be able to arrive at the game with a roster that included professional football players. Unfortunately, this turned out to be impossible. Dynamo came to us with a request to postpone the match. We decided to meet them. The time and date of the game will be announced later, ”the Krasnodar press service said.

Subsequently, the RFU and RPL made official statements. They confirmed the information about the transfer of the game between Krasnodar and Rostov and reported that it will take place on July 19.

“On June 20, Dynamo reported to the RPL about the detection of cases of coronavirus disease and notified that, according to the order of Rospotrebnadzor, the team was quarantined. The Moscow club appealed to the league with a request to postpone the game with Krasnodar. After the written consent of the Krasnodar club, the league appealed to the Russian Football Union with a request to consider club appeals ... On June 21, the Bureau of the Executive Committee of the RFU approved changes to the calendar, determining July 19 as the new date for the match, ”the RPL official website said in a statement.

The infection of the coronavirus in the camp of Dynamo became known the day before. It was initially reported that a positive test for COVID-19 passed the Clinton N'Gee, but subsequently it became known that Charles Cabore was infected. This information was confirmed by midfielder agent Dmitry Selyuk.

“Cabor has a positive coronavirus test, but there will still be tests. But at this point, as I said, it is positive. As I understand it, not only with him, but also with Clinton N'Gee. But I am sure and only aware of Charles. Now he will go through all the checks, procedures, and it will be visible, ”the Championship quotes Selyuk.

Subsequently, information was received that the number of cases may be twice as large. The media reported two more athletes suspicious of COVID-19 - Polish midfielder Sebastian Szymanski and Russian striker Nikolai Komlichenko. But later information on the former Mlady Boleslav player was not confirmed.

“We can confirm a positive test for coronavirus in Charles Cabore, Sebastian Szymanski and Clinton N'Zhi. Players are now quarantined for two weeks. The rest of the team is in full custody at the base. I would like to express my gratitude to Sergey Galitsky for agreeing to postpone the meeting until July 19, ”the Dynamo press service told the Championship.

It is worth recalling that the case with Dynamo was not the first in the RPL in recent days. On June 18, Rostov found itself in a similar situation, with six athletes whose coronavirus was detected. The team was also forced to isolate themselves at the base and could not perform in the match of the 23rd round of the Russian championship with Sochi. The leadership of the “leopards” did not meet the opposite and refused to reschedule the meeting. As a result, the yellow-blue ones were forced to graduate from the academy from 16 to 19 years old, who suffered a crushing defeat from professionals with a score of 1:10.

It is noteworthy that on the eve of the final day of the 23rd round there was a danger that another meeting could be in jeopardy. On the eve of the media, information appeared that one of the players in Ufa had a coronavirus. The name was not disclosed, however, according to sources, it turned out to be forward Andres Vombergar.

True, in Ufa such rumors did not confirm and assured that all members of the team are healthy and ready to enter the field in a match with Tambov. The chairman of the board of trustees of Ufa Rostislav Murzaglov called the information inaccurate and suggested that it was the machinations of ill-wishers.

“Someone wants Russian football to be dishonored twice. And someone wants Ufa to play as boys. Confidently and firmly I tell everyone that this will not happen. Since the players of Ufa are in great shape both for health reasons and sports. Tomorrow will be a good, interesting game in which the team that is stronger will win a decisive victory, ”Murzagulov said on the eve.

Nevertheless, in anticipation of the match between Ufa and Tambov, suspicions of a positive test by Wombergar were not refuted. The forward unexpectedly turned out to be outside the team’s application for the game, although the club did not report any injuries he had.
