Al-Khaili told Emirates Today that "all the billiard and snooker clubs and halls in the Emirate of Dubai have shown their full commitment to the precautionary measures and health requirements related to the return of their activities, during a careful follow-up to the game and clubs union over the past 10 days, and to inform the federation, And through inspection committees over the extent to which clubs and halls implement the health protocol and procedures consistent with the instructions issued by the Supreme Committee for Crisis and Disaster Management and the relevant government agencies, and the Dubai Sports Council, each according to its competence ».
He explained: “The Federation’s Board of Directors, in accordance with the directives of Sheikh Jum'a Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum, President of the Billiards and Snooker Federation, was keen to establish a committee to monitor the private clubs and halls, through inspection and semi-daily rounds to check on the progress of work, and the extent of the commitment of these clubs and halls to all requirements As determined by government agencies and the Dubai Sports Council, taking into account the orientation of these halls to complete full sterilization operations at a rate of once every two weeks, in the same way to those procedures followed in the official hall of the game union, which since the announcement of the return of activity has become a daily training for the national team players ».
Adding: «The Committee was keen to ensure the extent of commitment to the safe distance between the playing tables, which were determined according to the protocol by four meters, with the presence of only players on the table, in addition to taking the members of the clubs, practitioners and workers in it all preventive measures, wearing medical masks, and achieving spacing Social ».
