Named the "SAGA 2020 SSP Cup," this competition is being hosted by Saga Prefecture and Prefectural High School Federation, etc., in place of the canceled prefectural high school general body and the national high school baseball Saga competition.
According to Saga Prefecture, this is the first time in Japan that an alternative tournament for high school members is held by prefecture.

The tournament will be held until August 2, and next month, baseball will be held in place of the National High School Baseball Saga Tournament.
