The World Padel Tour is back. The world's largest competition for this sport will return to the courts at the Madrid Arena on June 28 with two consecutive tournaments: the Estrella Damm Open , which will end on July 5, and the Madrid Open City Council , to be held between 12 and on July 19.

It will be the first time that the great padel stars have seen each other's faces in three months, when they played the inaugural tournament of the season in Marbella . The tournament, as required by the authorities, will be held behind closed doors, so public access to the courts will not be allowed.

The organization of the circuit, after carefully evaluating all the scenarios and based on the cancellations and postponements forced by the pandemic, is completing the recomposition of a new official 2020 calendar that includes some modifications to both dates and venues and which will be announced in the following days.

As it is one of the most functional venues on the international scene, the Madrid Arena will host up to 5 tracks , where the Estrella Damm Open and Madrid Open matches will be played from their previous rounds to the finals.
