  It is understood that Xu Jingkun officially sailed from Turkey in June 2017 on the "Qingdao Dream" catamaran, crossed the Mediterranean Sea, Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, and the Panama Canal, crossed the Pacific Ocean, the Indian Ocean, bypassed the Cape of Good Hope in Africa, and returned to the North The starting point of the Atlantic Ocean.

  Xu Jingkun participated in the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games on behalf of the Chinese team. In 2012, he drove the first 24ft sailing ship alone from Qingdao, heading north to Liaoning and south to the Xisha Islands, with a voyage of 4,500 nautical miles.

  In 2014, Xu Jingkun became the second Chinese to complete the 6.5 meters (without electronic navigation, communication, meteorological equipment) single-person trans-Atlantic, and also the world's first single-person captain to complete this feat alone.
