There is an analysis that the opening of the 4th of July in the US professional baseball major league (MLB) has actually passed.

The American online sports media'The Athletic' analyzed that the opening of the MLB on July 4 is virtually impossible.

'The Athletic' said, "There is less than a month left until July 4. Even if the labor and management agree now, it is almost impossible to physically meet the opening of July 4".

It takes a lot of time for 30 teams, including those from other countries, to gather at the Spring Camp.

MLB clubs also need at least 10 days to prepare a spring camp in accordance with the prevention of new coronavirus infection (corona19).

Adding to this three-week Spring Camp schedule, the opening of July 4th has become virtually impossible even if the labor and management reach a dramatic consensus right now.

The MLB club and the trade unions are in a deadlock over the opening issue of the regular league, which is the biggest issue.

'The Athletic' said, "I had a lot of conversation, but there was no real communication, no negotiations."

However, the anxiety that may not start the 2020 season is growing.

The athletes' union offered to play 114 games without further cuts, but the MLB club and the secretariat clearly expressed their intention to refuse.

The local media predicts that if the major leagues break through several challenges and succeed, the number of matches will likely be adjusted to the tastes of the clubs.
