This is a great blow in Swedish figure skating. An external investigation shows that there are major misconceptions in the sport - with a culture of silence and authoritarian leadership. And Sweden's largest district, Stockholm, requires the departure of the Federal Board. An opinion shared by Bohuslän Dal. And Gothenburg lacks confidence.

SVT Sport has been in contact with ten of eleven districts and the picture that is being painted is a fragmented figure skating Sweden.

- I can understand the dissatisfaction, but appointing a scapegoat and resigning from the board is not the solution to the problem. Everyone has played a role, the union, the districts and the clubs, says Fredrik Granqvist, chairman of Skåne's figure skating association, to SVT Sport.

Ulrika Ljungdahl, Östra Götaland, also thinks that Katarina Henriksson and the Board can continue to work.

- My opinion is that confidence has almost increased, it is brave to do this investigation, she says.

Five of the districts do not want to take a clear position and instead refer to the nomination committee.

- We haven't met yet. It is the task of the nomination committee to produce a proposal for the annual meeting in September, I assume that they do it in the best way, says Maria Samuelsson, chairman of Western Svealand.

The nomination committee chairman Cecilia Falkenbäck writes in a text message to SVT that she declines to comment.
