The external investigation shows a widespread maladministration in Swedish art painting, mainly due to a widespread silence culture and authoritarian leadership.

The Stockholm Figure Skating Association, with 35 of the country's 140 associations, now demands the resignation of the board ahead of the upcoming annual meeting.

- The board has been sitting for a very long time, creating a culture of silence that has turned into a negative spiral. I now hope that the nomination committee will come together and realize that we need a new board.

Peter Nordahl also believes that an external investigation has laid the foundation that many of the problems that existed in figure skating can now be raised to the surface.

- I think the culture of silence that we have in Swedish figure skating is so ingrained and has been around for so long, that is the one that must be broken. The good thing about this investigation is that it has been anonymous, and I believe that many people for the first time dared to come forward and tell their story.

Have you criticized the union before?

- We have been criticizing and trying to have a dialogue for several years, without getting much hearing. Recently, we have not received any response from the union.
