The Spanish Football Association announced that the pending league competitions since last March due to the new Corona virus, will resume on June 11th in the Seville derby and will end on July 19.
The 28th stage kicks off on June 11 in the Andalusian derby between Seville and Real Betis. Leader Barcelona will visit Real Mallorca on June 13, with direct chaser Real Madrid hosting the next day, Ibar.
The 29th stage starts on June 15th and ends on June 18th, during which Barcelona will host Leganes on June 16th, and Real Madrid Valencia after two days.
The association revealed the program for phases 28 and 29 only, knowing that it decided to establish two phases every week until the end of the season that it set on 19 July.
"We want the next season to start on September 12," association president Javier Tepas said in a statement to Movistar Plus.
He added, "We have established the program to give each team a minimum of 72 hours of rest between two games ... We will update the program after every two phases in order to take into account the climatic climate it reveals every two weeks."
Barcelona lead the league two points behind Real Madrid.
