On Monday, the Bolivian Football Federation paid tribute to Deibert Roman Guzman, a footballer from the Club Universitario del Beni (second division) who died at 25. This Saturday, the FBF revealed that the young man died of the coronavirus.

"The Bolivian Football Federation expresses its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Deibert Román Guzmán, asking God for his help and his strength in these difficult times," the FBF wrote in a Twitter post accompanied by the player's photo.

The emotion is great in Bolivia after this death, especially since the player lived with his father and his uncle who also died from Covid-19.
