Linn Seamskar is investing in long-distance racing: "Really fun"

This past season, Linn Sömskar took her second podium place in world cup history, when she finished third in Dresden's team sprint in January, together with Evelina Settlin.

But despite that podium place, and that she took two more final places in the team sprint, she got no national team place for the new season.

Now it is clear that she should invest in long runs instead. Today she was presented as a new rider for the Finnish team Team Nordic Athlete.

- It will be really fun to take on this challenge and compete against the best riders in the long-running world, says the 31-year-old in a statement on the long-running Cup website.
