Sam Larsson, 27, left in the winter Dutch Feyenoord for Chinese Dalian, who at the same time acquired Djurgården's Marcus Danielson. But because of the corona pandemic, he has not yet debuted for his new club.

Now, after spending a couple of weeks in Hong Kong with Danielson and coach Rafael Benitez, he is back on Swedish soil - and training with all Swedish IFK Gothenburg.

- Sam trains with us, but is not allowed to join the team game and close matches for his Chinese club. We'll see how long he is and drive with us in the future, "says Blåvit's sports manager Kennet Andersson to Sportbladet.

China is aiming for June start

No lending is currently being discussed, but Kennet Andersson is not closing the door completely.

- If you call Marcus Danielson or Sam Larsson, there is probably no sports manager who excludes anything. But it's not something we look at - quite frankly, Andersson tells the Gothenburg Post.

The Chinese league has a goal of starting on June 26.
