A source close to Al-Ahly's youth, Ismail Al-Hammadi, confirmed to «Emirates Today» that the latter received a serious offer from Al-Wahda Club, to move to him during the summer transfer period, after he became a free player at the end of his contract with Al-Ahly youth at the end of the current season.

The source said that «the player has reservations about an offer he received from his current club regarding the extension of his contract, with the same financial privileges for his expired contract, without giving Al-Hammadi the youth’s management Al-Ahly a decisive response in this offer.

The name Ismail Al Hammadi was associated with Al Wahda Club in the last winter transfers, without announcing that the reasons for the completion of the deal were not announced.

Al-Hammadi, 31, participated in 12 games this season with Al-Ahly youth, out of 19, and only scored one goal.

The right wing has appeared with Al-Ahly youth since the 2008-2009 season, playing 201 games, during which it scored 36 goals, and received 42 color cards.
