Last week, Hockey All-Swedish Karlskrona appealed to the municipality for financial assistance, to cope with an acute economic crisis that could lead to bankruptcy.

The crisis call yielded results. The club managed to reach a business deal with Karlskrona municipality which gave SEK 1.5 million. In addition, they have received SEK 1.6 million from companies and private individuals.

"Journey between hope and despair"

Today, the association filed an application for restructuring for the company Idrotts AB, and that application was later approved during the day by the district court.

- It has been a journey between hope and despair in recent months, what has now happened is far beyond my expectations, says Per Rosenqvist to the local newspapers in Blekinge, and continues:

- That commitment we must take advantage of in the future, how do I not really know. It has been a heavy period and after Friday's strong message and feelings, we have tried to take time off this weekend to gather new energy that is needed in the future, but everything that has happened has given them confidence in the future.

The reconstruction will last for about three months. Then there will be a business that is profitable and can be pursued, writes the local newspapers.
