The General Supervisor of the ball defended the Egyptian club Al-Ahly and former star Hadi Khashaba for the club's director of football and the former player in the "Red Castle" Sayed Abdel Hafeez after the club's position on his appearance in the dumps program "Ramez Majnoun official" presented by the artist Ramiz Jalal currently in Ramadan on channels MBC".
Khashaba confirmed that Abdel-Hafeez remains in office, contrary to what is reported that the club will punish him with departure and that other personalities of the club will take over in his place. He told the Egyptian “Ten” channel: “It is normal for the National Planning Committee to protect the players, and there is no recommendation for the departure of Sayed Abdel-Hafeez And all this is just media diligence. "
"The director of football has prestige and standing within the team, because that will cause his image to be shaken in front of the players, and the official must keep that," he said.
The Planning Committee of Al-Ahly Club had met with Abdul Hafeez and assured him that it will implement the internal regulations regarding his recent appearance and the team players in "Ramiz Majnun Rasmi".
"There are two lists inside Al-Ahly, one for players and the other for the technical staff," Hadi Khashaba said. "It has the issue of appearing on programs, whether radio or television."
He continued: "The requirement for the player to appear is the approval of the official, and if the official is the one who will appear, the approval will be greater than that of him in the position, and a material part the club gets from the appearance of the player or the official, and this is what we have been following for a while."
He continued: "I think that Syed Abdul Hafeez got permission from Al-Ahly officials, and he announced that he would go to a regular program and was surprised by what happened, but if he had known the details from the beginning, he would have had to move away and not appear."
It is noteworthy that "Ramiz Majnun Rasmi" hosted three of Al-Ahly's players in the previous episodes: Tunisian professional Ali Maaloul, Mahmoud Kahraba, and Mohamed El-Shennawi. His questions and the responses of the players were provocative, prompting the Zamalek club to submit an official communication to stop the program, but the public prosecutor in Egypt rejected the lawsuit.
It is not yet known whether Sayed Abdel-Hafeez's episode will be shown on the program or not, especially after the news received about the intervention of Al-Ahly club president Mahmoud al-Khatib and his efforts to not broadcast it, according to Egyptian sources.
