  In order to ensure the survival of the club and maintain basic operations, clubs at all levels should work together with players and coaches to overcome difficulties. To this end, in response to the general requirements of clubs at all levels, the Chinese Football Association has conducted many investigations and discussions on the issues related to the reasonable adjustment of contractual salaries by professional players and coaches during the epidemic, and has conducted effective communication with FIFA.

  3. For clubs that have not established a trade union internally, it is recommended to negotiate with the players and coaches individually or collectively on salary adjustment. If the club chooses collective consultation, it shall inform the players and coaches in writing that they have the right to select representatives for consultation. After the players and coaches have elected representatives, the club shall be consulted by the legal representatives or other personnel entrusted in writing with the players and coach representatives.

  18. Disputes arising from salary adjustments involving foreign players, coaches and clubs should be examined and decided by the relevant FIFA departments, or the responsible institutions and departments should be determined in accordance with the work agreement of both parties.

  6. Initiative updates and additions
