Afterwards, the captain of the Mount Everest Survey Mountaineering in 2020 led the team to the transition camp at an altitude of 5800 meters.

　　In May of this year, the 2020 Everest Survey Mountaineering Team, composed of the Chinese Mountaineering Team and the National Surveying Brigade, will once again reach the summit of Mount Everest, comprehensively using GNSS satellite surveying, precision leveling, photoelectric ranging, snow depth radar surveying, and gravity surveying , Astronomical surveying, satellite remote sensing and other traditional and modern surveying and mapping techniques to accurately determine the height of Mount Everest.

　　The 2020 Everest Survey Mountaineering Team has conducted a comprehensive mountaineering skill training for more than two months at the Huairou National Mountaineering Training Base in Beijing from January 12 this year; from March 20 to April 5 in the mountain of Yangbajing in Tibet The training base conducts comprehensive training on high-altitude mountaineering; from April 7 to April 26, high-altitude mountaineering adaptability training is carried out on the section of Mount Everest below 7,500 meters above sea level.

　　Sixty years ago, Wang Fuzhou, Kampot and Qu Yinhua's three Chinese mountaineering team members climbed Mount Everest. The footprint of the Chinese remained on the top of the world for the first time, and it also achieved the first time that humans successfully climbed Mount Everest from the northern slope. The long-cherished wish has created a feat in the history of mountaineering in the world. Since then, the Chinese have never stopped exploring Everest.
